In 2008, Jeffrey Kutner and Dorema Weirick enrolled in the same Food Service Sanitation class at Valencia Community College. Throughout the class, they were paired together to work in a team to complete assignments. At the end of the semester, they both had earned A's in the class and started a new friendship. The following semesters brought the two into the kitchen at Valencia at the same time. By September that year, they decided it was time to get to know each other better. Over the next months, Jeffrey continued and finished the Culinary program at Valencia Community College while Dorema finished her degree in Baking and Pastry Management. The two soon decided to get married and share their lives together.
Three years after that fateful class, Jeffrey and Dorema discovered Upper Crust Desserts. Now, using their combined knowledge of culinary and pastries, they are working hard to bring the highest quality cookies to you and yours.

We strive to give only our best in cookies, packaging and service. Our cookies are excellent for gifts to friends and family, as well as gifts to loyal customers of businesses. These cookies travel well and are meant for delivery around town and delivery across the country!
We make everything from cookie classics such as chocolate chip or oatmeal raisin, to the more avant-garde such as Goji Berry and Crystalized Ginger or Lemon shortbread.
